Rejuvenate the JAK store experience to have the modern luxury feel like when you stepped into a fancy bank in Europe.
Main Challenges
We had to work-around a space under the stairway to be a work station for the money tellers on the 1st floor.
Unique Aspects
We use membrane lightings to create a more futuristic look and acrylic glass to replace actual tempered glass on the tell counters and stairway railing as a substitute in order to minimise the client’s build budget.

Brand Identity Integration
JAK Money Changer business focuses on both B2C and B2B transactions hence having to offer fast services with premium interior is a must-have which we have managed to design beautifully by mixing the classic with minimalist look that the space has.
Functional Layout
Operational wise, we designed the inside of the counter teller area to be fully functional and efficient where we placed 2 printer and money counting tables behind the teller desks to minimise movements while designing a hidden safe room and extra storage space to store currencies and important documents within reach. Additionally, we also placed a dedicated cashier room so that tellers can proceed to complete their transactions within a few steps away from their desks.

Smart Space Utilization
We take advantage of the under the stairs space to be a Safe Room and additional work station for the tellers. We also divided the teller counter service area on the 2nd floor for the staff's main office that has a Break Room and a Pantry.
